We are currently seeking a DESIGNER / DRAFTER to join our Interior Design Team in our Pleasanton, CA location. Working alongside other interior design professionals, this individual develops design or technical solutions under general supervision.
This is a hybrid position that offers a flexible schedule with a minimum of three days at our Pleasanton, CA office.

We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Salary range: $71,000 - $75,500 depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of interior design for projects of moderate size and complexity.
- Conduct field evaluations and assessments.
- Coordinate and follow through all elements of design or construction documentation.
- Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts
- Prepare project specifications as requested
- Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
- Beginning clients and outside consultant contact
- Work under the general guidance of a senior project team member
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Growing awareness of code limitations.
- Demonstrated skills and talent in Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to their own professional growth as designer.
- Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Designer/Drafter for Interior Design projects
- Completion of Bachelor’s in Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program, with a minor or emphasis in Interior Design.
- Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
